In mid-June, our CEO, Gregor Zowierucha, had the opportunity to engage in in-depth discussions with key figures in German security and defence policy. In direct dialogue with various Members of the Bundestag, the focus was on the most pressing issues relating to the modernisation of our armed forces.

15th PLATH Intelligence Day: International EW community discusses the challenges of electronic warfare in modern conflicts and potential solutions such as ‘Closing the Gap’ in Helsinki Now in its 15th year, the PLATH Intelligence Day on 19 May 2026 once again brought together the international community from government agencies, the armed forces, industry and research – traditionally as the kick-off to AOC Europe, which took place in Helsinki in 2026.

PLATH Intelligence Day returns on 19 May 2026 – and this is already its 15th edition. It thus once again marks the start of AOC Europe.

Political study trip: Air Force NCO School visits PLATH At the end of last week, we were delighted to welcome a group from the Air Force NCO School in Hamburg to PLATH. The visit took place as part of a political study trip organised by the Hermann Ehlers Academy, which regularly runs programmes for members of the German Armed Forces.

Originally established in May 2023 as part of the NATO Industry Advisory Group (NIAG), NATO SG-286 has been officially transformed into a NATO Industry Interface Group (NIIG). This structural change is more than just an administrative adjustment.

PLATH's Systems & Integration business division opened its new branch in Gilching near Munich on Wednesday. PLATH Solutions GmbH was founded for this purpose.
