Wireless communication makes a significant contribution to obtaining an up-to-date picture of the situation. This requires an overview of the RF spectrum. Large frequency ranges and different signal scenarios as well as signals of interest (SOI) must be specifically monitored and unknown signals identified.
The software used by PLATH, which was developed explicitly for this purpose, covers the entire spectrum of software-based signal processing. This enables manual and automatic acquisition, processing, monitoring, evaluation and analysis of wireless communication - in the spectrum from SLF to SHF, specialising in HF and VUHF signals.
The signal processing and analysis software used by PLATH is scalable and easy to integrate into existing systems. It enables the realisation of numerous use cases - from tactical scenarios to strategic multi-operator systems on land, at sea and in the air.
The entire spectrum of software-based signal processing is covered. This allows us to react flexibly to new or changed signals by creating our own demodulators and decoders or adapting existing ones. These modular components can therefore be easily integrated into other systems - either completely or as individual function modules.
